Baoshi Jewellery Cabinet is handmade in pinewood with a lacquer finish.
This cabinet is special designed for ladies. It can store all your pieces of jewellery and scarves. There are 11 different sizes of drawers with interior dividers for displaying different kinds of pieces of jewellery. The 28 hooks on the doors are for hanging necklaces. There is a mirror on the top part of the cabinet (which is not shown in the pictures). All the inside drawers and the inside doors are layered with black flannel.
The is a beautiful Chinese zodiac mook lock on the front.
This stunning piece is handcrafted by our good friend Mr Li who has his own family-run carpentry business on the outskirts of Beijing. His work is exceptional. All his furniture is made by using Chinese old traditional mortise and tenon carpentry. There are no nails or screws used to join these pieces of furniture.
As each piece is hand-painted the pattern of each piece will slightly vary. But all are beautiful.
