Delivery Information

UK MAINLAND DELIVERY
We charge a discounted fee for the delivery where possible and the cost depends on the size and value of the items. The cost for shipping your order is displayed at checkout where available.
We aim to arrange dispatches twice a week. You will receive a notification email after the goods are dispatched. Small and decorative items will be dispatched within 2 working days after the payment has been received. Larger Furniture items will be dispatched within 5 working days after the payment has been received. All goods are insured and will require a signature upon receipt by someone responsible who is 18 or over.

Customer Collection
You are welcome to collect your order in person if you have your own van or want to arrange a third-party collection service. Please bring some form of ID (Driving license/Passport) with you when you collect or let us know the vehicle license plate number before coming and bring along your order number and invoice upon collection.

For Scotland, Non-mainland UK and International orders please telephone or email us to arrange shipping before placing an order as these areas incur a higher shipping fee due to the distance from our shop and warehouse here in Bristol. The shipping for these areas will need to be calculated and added to your final invoice cost and paid for before we can agree on a sale and dispatch your order. You are of course welcome to arrange collection if you would prefer. Please arrange with us before ordering.

Delivery Methods
Small Items will be sent either by courier or Royal Mail parcel service. Someone will need to sign for delivery. Please arrange for someone to be in at the address you give for delivery, otherwise you can have your order delivered to your workplace if arranged when you place your order.
Furniture orders are delivered by a third-party furniture courier. The delivery man will normally deliver to your door and into your property on the ground floor only, as long as it is accessible. You may be able to negotiate with them to carry upstairs at an arrangement between you and them at the time, but this is not guaranteed and part of normal service. (An offer of a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit may be a good way to soften them up ;-)) Please remove any obstacles to make a clear access to make it easy to deliver your order to your desired location. The delivery man may ask you to sign a declaration to agree that you are happy to allow them to move items into your home with the unlikely chance of risk of damage. You do not have to sign, but the delivery will only be to your front door if you do not sign. Responsibility for damage is at your own risk if you agree for them to deliver inside your home. To emphasize: Please note that all items delivered beyond the threshold of your home are carried out at your own risk.

Please Measure your entrances and doors
Please make sure your order will fit into your property. It is your responsibility to measure the doors and entrances to your property prior to ordering and delivery, as to avoid any embarrassing situations where your new furniture must be returned due to failure to pass through the entrance of your home or property.

Checking your items upon delivery
Please thoroughly check all items upon delivery for damages. We pack and wrap everything adequately to ensure the product arrives with you in fantastic condition. We ensure everything leaves us in pristine condition and it is photographed before packing, but on seldom occasions an item may be damaged in transit. Once your goods are signed for, we are unable to accept responsibility for damages caused during transit and you will not be able to return them to us as faulty. If your item arrives damaged, please do not accept the delivery and telephone us immediately when possible. All goods need a signature upon delivery by someone responsible who is 18 or over.

Failed Delivery
If for some reason your order fails to deliver due to you not being in at time of arrival or a wrong delivery address, we will not be able to refund the delivery cost and a new invoice will need to be raised and issued for the re-delivery of your goods at an alternative time. Please try to be in to receive the delivery at the arranged time and place to avoid additional fees by re-scheduling. An additional return to shop fee may also be incurred by the delivery company. A minimum of 48hrs is needed to change delivery details.
