Measuring website usage (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics to collect information about how people use our site. We do this to make sure it’s meeting your needs and to understand how we could improve it.
Google Analytics stores information about what pages you visit, how long you are on the site, how you got here and what you click on. We do not collect or store your personal information (e.g. your name or address) so this information cannot be used to identify who you are.

Other Privacy Issues
We are committed to protecting your privacy whenever you visit and use our website.
If you have signed up for our newsletter or sent us an e-mail query, you have given us your email address and possibly your name as well.
If you have placed an order with us or created an account with us, you will have given us your name and address details. Your credit card information is not stored by us when you place an order. We use secure third party card processing online and in our shop. We use paypal.com, izettle and Stripe for card payments and we do not store your payment details for any of these services.
If you send us an e-mail query, your details are not used for any other purpose other than answering your query.
We may send out a newsletter and occasional additional company information emails. If you do not want to receive these e-mails, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will remove you from our database.
If you have placed an order with us, in addition to a confirmation e-mail, we may send you an email informing you of the status of your order – or if the status has changed – for example, we shall tell you when your order has been dispatched.
We do not exchange, sell or otherwise give away any of your personal information to any other companies or individual – ever!
For the sole purpose of completing your order, we may keep your name, address, telephone number and email address on record and we have to pass some of that information to service suppliers (other companies). These are – our courier services. The information passed to these companies is used only for the purpose of completing your order – e.g. delivering your stuff!
