A gorgeous couch table has been restored and relacquered with a high gloss finish. It retains all the characters of Chinese traditional table, especially with the horseshoe leg, which is a subtle line that extends from the leg to the feet and is naturally fluid, light and powerful, with a muscular and bright movement. The horseshoe leg is one of the typical styles reflecting the characteristics of Ming and Qing classical furniture. The details of the table show that it was originally used as leisure table on the daybed in a wealthy family in Qing Dynasty. Today it can be perfectly used as a coffee table.
