About
Traditional decorative tassels are a popular luxury home accessory which are derived from Chinese ancient costumes. In the past men and girls used to tie tassels to their belts which would create a sense of dynamic flowing style, bringing some elegance and romance to them. Today you can hang them from your furniture hardware as a luxury embellishment to enhance the beauty or simply hang them on a picture hook or a wall as an ornament in its own right. We think they brighten up and add character as well as the good omen to any home.
The Hongshan culture was a Neolithic culture in northeastern China. Hongshan sites have been found in an area stretching from Inner Mongolia to Liaoning, and dated from about 4700 to 2900 BC. Hongshan burial artifacts include some of the earliest known examples of jade working. The Hongshan culture is known for its jade pig dragons and embryo dragons. Clay figurines, including figurines of pregnant women. Small copper rings were also excavated.
