About
An elegant two drawers teal blue high lacquer console table has been restored and relacquered. The table has 2 carved clouds side panels and a curved bottom panel with scrolling clouds pattern too. In Chinese mythology, Clouds symbolizes celestial mobility because many gods and immortals used the cloud as a vehicle on which they traveled. Scrolling clouds are associated with deities, foretelling their arrival. There is a secret compartment under the 2 drawers.
